WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We keep a selection of pieces on hand however many of our pieces are made to order. Orders for in stock items will be processed & shipped within 2-5 working days. Please note that if we do not have the item in stock chain styles in particular may take longer due to the time required to make each piece. Contact us on ordering if you require your order for a specific date.

We want you to be happy with your purchase so we offer the option to exchange your order if you notify us via email same day as receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us for return shipping information if outside of Australia.
Items are quality checked prior to shipping. Should your item be faulty we will repair, exchange or refund faulty products and cover the cost of shipping. Please contact us first at email@example.com.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELS?
All items come with a care card so please retain this on receiving. Due to the handmade nature of our designs each piece is unique. There may be slight colour variations in hand dyed chain styles and our pieces are designed to naturally tarnish with age. There are ways to reduce tarnish so please contact us with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org. Crystal items are delicate and should be handled with care.
WHAT IS MY RING SIZE?
If you know your ring size please specify in the comments section at checkout. If you do not know your ring size we can send you a ring size pack to obtain your correct size, or you can use the chart below.
